Project named as Umuyenzi city center is ​mixed use building of G+11 plus 3 basements ​parking ,plot size of the project is 2471 square ​meter and it located in Kigali city, Nyarugenge ​District,..Nyarugenge sector and Kiyovu cell , ​project bounded by Kigali city hall, Bank of ​Kigali on North-West,Equity bank building at ​the south ,I &M Bank at East, opposite side of ​the main front façade a,the project is adjacent ​neighbor of the Kigali City Hall public garden.

The project is designed in line with client’s brief and Kigali master plan zoning guidelines.

The project development is concerned on the sustainable approach and community needs for creating vibrant, attractiveness, ​greenery, and communal interaction spaces.

The design of Umuyenzi City Center is inspired by natural features of the site and geometrical variation of the different form. ​The design concept focuses on combining architecture and geometrical variation by creating harmony and rhythm between ​the building and natural environment by maximizing the green space within building and creating stepping terraces. The ​project design is concerned on height and size variation of geometric shape for enhancing attractiveness of city skyline ​through stepping spiral vertical roof gardens that take a reference from the City Hall public garden. The greenery aspect that ​starts from lower to upper floors brings attention to the outsiders and this attraction welcomes everyone to access and ​appreciate the spaces.
